The Nunda Township Highway Commissioner, 815-459-4410 wants you to know:

Do not park a vehicle in the street overnight.

Do not flush or dump anything down the sewer.

Do not burn leaves in the street, it damages the street.

Do not put grass clippings or leaves in the street, they clog the sewers when it rains.

Do not shovel snow into street or onto other's property.
-
Do not park in the street when snow plows are out.
-
Do call if the street or curb needs repair.
-
Do call if a tree falls into the street, they will remove it for free.

Trash and Leaf Removal Service
The neighborhood is serviced by MDC Environmental Services - 815-568-7274
Each household is responsible for their own service.
MDC provides trash, recycling, and yard waste services. Additionally they vacuum leaves from the curbside three times in the fall for the entire neighborhood.
MDC services our neighborhood on Tuesdays. If a holiday falls on Monday or Tuesday then service is pushed to Wednesday.

Please note that trash receptacles should not be in the street more than 24 hours after pickup.
Per CBT by-laws all trash receptacles should be stored out of sight from the street.

CBT HOA Contact Form
This information will only be used by the Covered Bridge Trails HOA for the purposes of official communications regarding the neighborhood.
Do not add children unless they are now adults and would need to receive official HOA communications.
All group emails will be sent blind so that nobody can copy email addresses from the communications.
You may add multiple contacts but be certain you also have the address for the residence.
If you want to add another address for mailing you may do so at the end of the form. So if you are an owner non-resident then you would add your address there.
