Hello CBT Neighbors,
We hope that your summer is going well. To our new neighbors that recently moved into Covered Bridge Trails (CBT), Welcome. We hope to see you at any of the planned activities this year.
What makes CBT attractive is that country spirit and feel about our neighborhood. Thank you to everyone for your support in maintaining your landscape and home properties. Your efforts add to the beauty of our neighborhood.
Speaking of maintenance, we have had to work on the following items in order to support our neighborhood look:
• Playground Mulch = Volunteers helped to spread the mulch saving us ~ $1000.00 in labor.
• Minuteman Mulch = Sorely needed due to deterioration over the years.
• Harvard Circle Tree = Dead tree removed and replaced.
• Concord Circle Tree = Dead tree removal and replacement, pending
• Playground Swings = Broken baby swings replaced.
Similarly, the maintenance of our park, circles, and entrances is because of your yearly contributions from the yearly dues. So, if you haven't made your HOA dues payment this year there is still time. For your convenience you can do so following this link: https://www.cbthoa.org/hoa-duesÂ
But, we couldn't enjoy the beauty of our community if it wasn't for your efforts in supporting our events committees. If anyone is interested in joining any of our open committees for help with CBT committees/projects please reach out to us. Just a reminder, the cbthoa.org   site is still a resource for general CBT information. Feel free to drop us a line there if you have any questions about our community.
Best wishes.
Your CBT HOA board.
