2023 Dues Information
Dues invoices are mailed to all households by March 1 and must be paid by March 31. Annual dues are $125 per household. Late payment incurs a $25 fee. You can now pay your dues online or via check.
Online Payment Via Zelle

Create a Zelle account with your bank, or link your bank account to Zelle. If you aren't familiar with Zelle, please see their FAQ for details.

List your address and last name in the memo section, then click Pay.​

IMPORTANT: Be sure you are sending your payment to the correct email address. The HOA is not responsible for payments sent erroneously to the wrong person or organization.
